We like to keep things simple here. So here it is, there are No Exchanges/Returns for Sizing Issues.
We charge $15.00 to re-size your bracelets, if the one that you had ordered is the wrong size. So...Please follow the directions on how to choose your size. All our Bracelets are custom made to your specification, we do not stock bracelets for exchanges. We cannot be held accountable for knowing how big your wrist is, we do not know if you are a Body Builder or a Lean Mean Fighting machine. This responsibility is on you.
Shipping Times: Our site clearly states the shipping time at the very top of our Store and every Product page. There are no refunds as long as we are within that time frame. You also understand that in the event of circumstances beyond our control, orders may take longer. You also understand that writing Negative Reviews in regards to Shipping ONLY, is not a Review of our Organization overall Goals or Accomplishments, and that you solely are making an review in violation of our TERMS and CONDITIONS in relation to our CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE.
CHARGE BACK POLICIES
The charge that will appear on your credit card statement will be “PAYPAL: VetsRec” or “The Veteran Recreation Center”. If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $150.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase.
The Veterans Recreation Center (VetsRec) does not tolerate credit card fraud, and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.
The Veterans Recreation Center (VetsRec) considers credit card charge backs to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems with your purchase. All frivolous chargebacks not only cost our employees time away from our usual and customary matters of conducting normal business, but cost us money, therefore:
You agree that if you, the buyer, choose to do business with The Veterans Recreation Center (VetsRec), and you file a charge back with your credit card company, and you do not win the charge back argument, you agree to pay us $150 for our time responding to the matter. you, the buyer authorize us to charge this amount to your credit card. If this charge is rejected, The Veterans Recreation Center (VetsRec) will pursue legal action to recoup losses for our time associated with responding to the charge back in addition to any other fees explained above. You agree to reimburse us or any representative we may appoint for any legal expenses your actions may make us incur. We take fraud seriously. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The waiver of a breach hereunder does not waive any other or subsequent breach.
In the event that you win the charge back with your credit card company, and have not returned our goods, The Veterans Recreation Center (VetsRec) will attempt to recover fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency and your account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. This may severely damage your credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years. At this point, we will no longer accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full. In addition to this, The Veterans Recreation Center (VetsRec) will file a report with your local police or sheriff’s department, and file a mail fraud complaint with the United States Postal Inspection Service.
Note: The customer must attempt to return any and all merchandise to The Veterans Recreation Center (VetsRec) before attempting a chargeback. NO EXCEPTIONS!
In the event a forced refund is initiated by the BUYER via the PayPal Resolution/Dispute Center for a Custom Order a $35.00 Cancellation fee will be applied, the Order will be PENDING until PayPal Refunds you (I will not), or the Resolution Center case is closed by you or PayPal. No item will shipped as PAYPAL's reversal of the original charge is as soon as a BUYER uses the Resolution Center as a means of Communicating. In other words, the refund is instant and is not finalized until the case is closed by the BUYER or PAYPAL. Once the REFUND is Completed, a $35.00 fee will be billed to you, if this fee is not paid within 30 days it will be sent to Collections. If you don't like this policy, do not buy from me and just move on!
CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: All communications are only for the person(s) named on our Invoices, meaning YOU (BUYER) and Us (VetsRec). This applies to All Correspondences, and any and all other forms of Media. Unless otherwise indicated, it contains information that is confidential, privileged or exempt from disclosure under applicable law. If you are not the person(s) named on, or responsible for delivering it to that person(s), be aware that disclosure, copying, distribution or use of this communication is strictly PROHIBITED.
